Proclamation of Authority

            Statement of Faith

                The Bible :

The Bible is More than a book, In fact is it a series of 66 books written by over 40 authors between an estimated time frame of over 2000 years.

No ordinary book can or has been so precise in delivering accurate prophecies concerning the fate of man, His role on the earth, his final destiny, the rising and fall of nations, the history and future destiny of the Jewish people and the promises of God’s Anointed Messiah who came to fulfill his destiny as the Atoning High Priest for the sins of mankind.

This collection of books is indeed and has proven itself time and time again to be The Words of God (YHWH).

       The HOLY SPIRIT

     (Ruach HaKodesh):

Our God’s Not Dead, This is a simple yet profound statement.

The Holy Spirit is essential to the life of any Born Again follower of Jesus Christ. He is the deposit, the teacher, the guider, and he is moving powerfully still to this day.

We Believe the Gifts of the spirit are alive and well and we praise God for it. God does not change nor does he revoke his promises. We do however follow a biblical framework in expressing these gifts and ask you to do the same when you visit.

Speaking in tongues is a gift but must be put in submission to the Authority of the word. Many are still in training and we understand this.

We wish to allow the spirit to move freely, we also know that all must be done in an orderly fashion.

1 Corinthians 14: Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy. For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to people but to God. Indeed, no one understands them; they utter mysteries by the Spirit. But the one who prophesies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouraging and comfort

Please if you believe you have a word from the LORD, let us do it in an orderly fashion for the edification of others in keeping with the bonds of unity for the collective edification of all. Let us not be disruptive to the tenderness of the Spirit.

The spirit will always speak in an edifying way.

                  Deity:

YHWH the Father and Head of all things expresses himself in a complex unity. He appeared in a burning bush without being dethroned. He appeared as a Messenger to Abraham without being dethroned in heaven. His Shekinah Glory often visited the Temple and Tabernacle in the wilderness without being dethroned in heaven. Likewise we believe he expresses himself as Yeshua the Messiah and through the works of the Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit). God is not bound by human understanding, each part of our father is allowed to remain without dethroning his headship or Authority. The Unity of Father, Son and Holy Sprit is not simply a Christian thought or idea, It has its roots in ancient thoughts (Targums) of the Rabbis who studied the scriptures diligently to properly understand the heart, character, and nature of God. Even in modern times we find the idea of a complex unity of god within jewish thought,  Listen to what Lubavitcher Rebbe said

Menachem Mendel Schneerson "Lubavitcher Rebbe"  (1902-1994) Concerning the “Shema” and the Hebrew word for " Echad "

"The Shema" : Hear O’ Israel, the Lord our G-d, The Lord is One (Echad )

(Sh'ma Yisrael Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Ecḥad)

The Rebbe (rabbi) wrote: “Echad means one.  The Shema proclaims the oneness and unity of G-d, which the people of Israel are charged to reveal in the world, and which will be fully manifest in the era of Moshiach. But is echad the ideal word to express the divine unity ? Like its English equivalent, the word does not preclude the existence of other objects ( as in the sequence “one, two, three…”) nor does it preclude its object being composed of parts ( we speak of “one nation,” “one forest,” “one person,” and “one tree,” despite the fact that each of these consists of many units or components). It would seem that the term yachid, Which means “singular “ and “only one,” more clearly expresses the “perfect simplicity” of G-d ( which Maimonides states to be the most fundamental principle of the Jewish Faith) and the axiom that “there is none else besides him” Chassidic teaching explains that, on the contrary,

echad represents a deeper unity than yachid. Yachid is a oneness that cannot tolerate plurality-if another being or element is introduced into the equation, the Yachid is no longer yachid. ECHAD, on the other hand, represents the fusion of diverse elements into a harmonious whole. The oneness of echad is not undermined by plurality; indeed it employs plurality as the ingredients of unity”

This statement being from the mouth of a prominent and still revered Rabbi, With this said I believe we have cleared the Air, The Complex unity of God can, will, and has continued to be expressed through Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is both Biblical and essential to his ultimate redemptive plan.

       Salvation / Gospel:

Jesus paid it all, All to him we owe, sin had left a crimson stain, he washed it white as snow. These beautiful words are absolutely amazing and powerful. Here at Fruit of the Vine we believe Jesus was and is the Passover Lamb. Yeshua is the one who paid the price for our sins and yours. The perfect spotless Lamb of God sacrificed on the Cross (Tav) (See 1 Corinthians 5:7-8) .

He was Buried and then Resurrected on the Feast of First Fruits according to the scriptures (see: 1 Corinthins 15:20-23). Salvation is By Grace through Faith in Messiah Alone. No amount of good works will save you from your sins. The law will not save you, your good deeds will not save you, you constant prayer will not save you. Your faith and trust in Yeshua HaMeshiach will save. For if you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the Dead, You will be saved. Your salvation will prompt you into a life of Good works, Good Fruit, and Obedience toGod’s will and ways.

The sanctifying work of the Holy spirit will continue to guide you into your New Life in which you have chosen by accepting Yeshua as Messiah to be BORN AGAIN. Yeshua said. “ You must be born again ” all things pass away and everything becomes new. We believe evidence of salvation is the visible expression of the New Creation !

                ISRAEL

     (God's Chosen People):

We Stand with Israel, Yeshua is returning to the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem ( Zechariah 14) to fight those who AGAINST Israel. The Apostle Paul Wrote:

Romans 10

10 Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved

14How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

He Later wrote and warned the Church in Romans 11:1-21

I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don’t you know what Scripture says in the passage about Elijah—how he appealed to God against Israel: 3 “Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me”? 4 And what was God’s answer to him? “I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal.” 5 So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace. 6 And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.

7 What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The elect among them did, but the others were hardened, 8 as it is written:

“God gave them a spirit of stupor,

eyes that could not see

and ears that could not hear,

to this very day.”

9 And David says:

“May their table become a snare and a trap,

a stumbling block and a retribution for them.

10 May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see,

and their backs be bent forever.”

11 Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. 12 But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring!

13 I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I take pride in my ministry 14 in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them. 15 For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.

17 If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” 20 Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but tremble. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.

He Finally says this: Romans 11:25-27

25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, 26 and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written:

“The deliverer will come from Zion;

he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.

27 And this is my covenant with them

when I take away their sins.”

PRAISE GOD… ONE DAY ALL ISRAEL WILL BE SAVED!
